SOKRATE SAS uses your email address to manage your sign-up and let you know when a spot is available. How we use your data and your rights.

Why are spots limited?

This is not manufactured scarcity: it is the result of three quality choices we do not want to compromise by opening too fast.

  • Advanced testing, with limited capacity

    Our precision testing, including NMR metabolomics and its 249 biomarkers, is run in batches. Opening a set number of spots each time ensures every patient benefits from it under the right conditions.

  • A plan reviewed and signed by a doctor

    Every Personalized Prevention Plan is reviewed by a doctor before it is given to you. That medical time cannot be compressed: it determines how many spots we can open.

  • Support over time

    The check-up is only a starting point. Welcoming patients in small groups lets us follow each person over time, in coordination with their regular doctor (médecin traitant).

How it works

  1. Step 1: You request to join

    Enter your email address and submit the form. Free, no commitment.

  2. Step 2: Your sign-up is recorded

    A confirmation appears on the site once your sign-up is recorded. Spots are assigned in the order people sign up.

  3. Step 3: A spot opens up for you

    We let you know by email. You then see the schedule, the process and the exact terms before you confirm.

  4. Step 4: You do your check-up

    Questionnaire prepared online, appointment with a health professional, Personalized Prevention Plan sent to your regular doctor.

What’s included, and what you should know

Included

  • The prevention check-up under the public Mon bilan prévention program, at the key ages (18–25, 45–50, 60–65, 70–75).
  • Preparing your check-up online: questionnaire, priorities, documents to gather.
  • A Personalized Prevention Plan reviewed and signed by a doctor, sent to your regular doctor.

Good to know

  • Additional testing (including NMR metabolomics) is not part of the reimbursed check-up: its terms are presented to you when a spot is offered, before you confirm anything.
  • The check-up does not replace a consultation or ongoing medical care: it adds to them and refers you back to them.
  • Signing up does not reserve a date: it places you in the order in which spots are assigned.

Frequently asked questions

How long will I have to wait?
It depends on how many spots we can open and where you are on the list. We cannot guarantee a date: we will email you as soon as a spot is available for you.
Does signing up cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. Joining the waitlist is free and comes with no commitment. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
What is covered?
The prevention check-up is part of Mon bilan prévention, France’s national prevention check-up program, offered at key ages: 18–25, 45–50, 60–65 and 70–75. Coverage conditions and the terms for additional testing are presented to you when a spot is offered, before you confirm anything.
I’m not in a prevention check-up age group. Can I still sign up?
Yes. Sign-up is open to any adult. When a spot is offered to you, we will tell you what is possible given your age and situation, in coordination with your regular doctor.
What do you do with my email address?
SOKRATE SAS records your email address and the date you signed up in order to manage the waitlist and let you know when a spot is available. We do not ask for any medical information. You can unsubscribe or exercise your rights by writing to dpo@sokrate.com.

Sokrate relies on the official recommendations of the French National Authority for Health (HAS), French National Health Insurance (Assurance Maladie – Ameli) and medical societies.
