Origins
A shared observation among doctors and health innovation experts: prevention remains outside routine care. An institutional window opens, as France’s Social Security Financing Act (LFSS) introduces prevention check-ups.

The doctor remains the author.
AI structures and suggests. The doctor validates, adjusts and signs. That is the non-negotiable condition for medical trust.
Making prevention accessible to all, without limiting what is possible.
Prevention should be accessible to as many people as possible, and financial means should never be a barrier to getting started.
When someone is eligible for Mon bilan prévention, France’s national prevention check-up program, and chooses to take part in it, the check-up can be carried out under the terms set by French National Health Insurance (Assurance Maladie), including with no upfront payment.
Sokrate also offers additional, more in-depth services, analyses and support for those who want to take their prevention journey further.
An accessible foundation based on each person’s eligibility, with the option to enrich the journey according to their needs and choices.
Reintegrate, don’t capture.
Every check-up brings patients back to their regular doctor (médecin traitant). No closed ecosystem: the care pathway remains theirs.
