The informational pages of the sokrate.fr website do not use advertising cookies or audience measurement trackers. No consent banner is displayed for these pages. The patient and practitioner areas, which use login sessions, are described below.
2. Cookies in logged-in areas
The patient and practitioner areas use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function. In particular, they keep you logged in and secure your connection; these uses are exempt from consent.
Session duration and expiration rules depend on the area being used. Renewing a session identifier while you are logged in does not log you out. There is therefore no single thirty-minute timeout applicable to all areas.
These cookies are not used for advertising purposes. You can block them in your browser settings; doing so may prevent access to the logged-in areas or affect how they work. The technical service providers involved are described in the privacy policy.
3. If this changes
If an audience measurement tool or any other tracker requiring consent were to be deployed, this policy would be updated beforehand and a consent banner compliant with the recommendations of the CNIL, the French data protection authority (refusing must be as easy as accepting), would be put in place before any cookie or tracker is placed.
